Separating the lubrication system and crusher in easier way

When stone crusher is working normally,to separate hydraulic station and crusher,and storage them in a ready use and clean place. The steps are as follows: 1.cut off the hydraulic station motor power,and cut off the connection line between motor and power. 2.Make the control valve handle or the buttons locate in a pressure relief place 3.View the pressure gauge on the hydraulic station,and make sure the pressure gauge reading is Zero. When the pressure gauge reading is higher than zero,never allowed to set down multiple fittings body or the soft tube on the clearing cavity jack.Checking again is to ensure control valve handle or buttons in the pressure relief place.Under the pressure situation,to remove the soft tube,because the spraying oil speed is very high,the free end of the swinging soft tube may be hurt,so it’s very dangerous. 4.Slowly loosen mutiple fittings body or the soft tube on the cleaning cavity jack,before completely disconnecting the soft tube,to release the residual stress in the system by loosening connectors. 5.Remove the soft tube connector.Special dust cap must be linked closely with the multi-connector block or the joint top on the clearing cavity jack. 6.When storaging,should plug the soft tube connector to keep clean of the soft tube and hydraulic station. The important point is to maintain crusher hydraulic circuit no dirt,dust and other grinded particles,the oil attached to the inside wall of the soft tube will adsorb quickly the dust and dirt in the air at the operating site.Before the hydraulic station is used,the impurities in the soft tube should be washed out,if they are circulating in the system,will damage clearing cavity jack ,control valves and the machining surface matched with pump. 7.When storaging ,should place hydraulic station in a clean place as much as possible.If impossible,at least use an appropriate shied to cover the hydyaulic station. keywords:grinder mill,crusher,jaw crusher,impact crusher,cone crusher,stone crusher,grinding machine,crushing machine
